We appreciate that the office ensures that our dental insurance plan will cover and/or has enough remaining in it for the year for any recommended procedures before performing such.August 17, 2017by Tom Jabo
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Owed a surprise $900 due to THEIR mistake. They told me my insurance covered 90% of my dental work. Well, 3 sessions later, it turns out my insurance covered only 50%. So, I asked if I could pay at a different time, because I obviously didn't have that type of money laying around. The dentist wouldn't let me leave without writing down my debit card information PERSONALLY. He didn't even trust me to write my own info down. If that isn't a passive way of saying "I think you're a scumbag, and I don't trust you to pay me" I don't know what is. So, I call him back to try and arrange monthly payments. This guy has the audacity to tell me I can only split it into 2 payments, after all he's put me through. The worst part? The fillings he "fixed" hurt months after my visit. They didn't hurt before.
